Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item/receive a refund?
 

Your orders are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have 30 days from date of order to return any items for a full refund or replacement. Please do note that items must be returned in the condition that they were shipped.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. Once received and reviewed, we will either refund the full amount of the item to your original payment method, or else replace the item if you so choose.

When is my order shipped?
 

If you place your order by 13:00 Monday-Friday, we aim to complete and despatch the same day. For orders placed after 13:00 Monday - Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be despatch the order next working day.
