Ordering

In addition to our online emporium, you can shop at our physical Emporium, located in the grounds of Suckley Post Office.

It is extremely safe. Our Emporium is powered by Shopify, thus you are covered by Shopify's top-notch online security mechanisms. In addition, your payment (by credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay or PayPal) are protected by the Provider's own guarantees.

Simply select the "This is a gift" option at the checkout, and enter the address of the person you are buying the gift for under "Delivery Address". We will despatch the order but without a receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

Your orders are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have 30 days from date of order to return any items for a full refund or replacement. Please do note that items must be returned in the condition that they were shipped.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. Once received and reviewed, we will either refund the full amount of the item to your original payment method, or else replace the item if you so choose. 

In brief, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of the order. Returned items must be in their original shipped condition. See Returns Policy for further information. 

Shipping

As soon as you complete your order and receive an order confirmation, we will process the order. We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours.

Unless you choose Next Day delivery, we despatch orders by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, which is normally 1-2 days.

We use Royal Mail for orders with a total weight under 2 kg, and ParcelForce for orders over 2 kg.

We will send you an email when we have despatched your order. For standard delivery, orders are only tracked at point of delivery. You can however request a tracked delivery, which is fully tracked from despatch to delivery.

Your order will require a person to be physically present when it is delivered. If nobody is available to receive the package (either by the postman or by the Parcelforce delivery agent), you will receive a card through your postbox, informing you where the parcel is for collection.

For standard delivery on orders under £100, we charge a nominal £5 shipping charge. For orders £100 and over, we don't charge for shipping. For Next Day delivery, we charge £10 for orders under £100, and £5 for orders £100 and over.

Currently, we only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland.

You must contact us immediately if you need to change your order, as we cannot make changes to your order once it has been despatched.

We use the Shopify Payment facility, which takes all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept Amazon Pay and PayPal.
